    Dionne made this experience 5 stars! She single-handedly served the whole restaurant, controlled tables outside in the terminal area where unhappy travelers (due to delays) camped and dampened the mood. She was polite, offered great dining options and drink pairings and even local insight.

    Worst food I have ever had at a restaurant. $100 for four sandwich’s and a salad that were inedible. The staff obviously did not want to be there. They were yelling and had generally bad attitudes. The table was dirty. MCI should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a poor quality vendor to serve their (captive) passengers.

    I had a excellent mushroom and swiss burger while waiting on a flight. I had to only give 4 out of 5 because they let me beloved ipa run out.

    Pub chips were horrible. Pretzel bread was alright. Order easy stuff and you should be safe.
